First International Partnership
INTERPHARM established its first international agency partnership.
Full Family Ownership
INTERPHARM became fully owned by Dr. Sami’s family, marking an important step in strengthening the company’s leadership, continuity, and future direction.
First Production Facility
Local manufacturing capabilities were launched to support the market.
Shareholding Company
INTERPHARM became a shareholding company (S.A.E.), strengthening its corporate structure and supporting its long-term expansion in the Egyptian healthcare market.
A Unified Identity
Interpharm Import & Export and Interpharm Medical Industries merged under one legal entity: Interpharm for Import, Export & Medical Industries.
Expansion into Antiseptics
Interpharm established its first antiseptic manufacturing facility, approved by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA).
Strategic Joint Venture
Interpharm entered into a strategic joint venture with JMS and UPA to manufacture blood bags in Egypt.
